Dale Woolbright has over 20 years of extensive clinical experience with emphasis on orthopedic/sports physical therapy, vestibular rehabilitation and TMJ dysfunction. Dale earned a Bachelor of Health Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Louisville and a Masters of Health Science at the University of Indianapolis.
Mark Portaro has over 15 years of extensive clinical experience with emphasis on orthopedic/sports physical therapy and spine rehabilitation. Mark is presently engaged in advance training through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy. He is also certified in Fitness and Wellness through the American Physical Therapy Association. Mark earned a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Louisville.
Julie Smith is our Business Office Manager. Julie has over 20 years expeience in the medical field; both in managerial and billing capacities. Julie works with most insurance companies and has knowledge of their plans. Julie assists our patients with scheduling appointments and insurance/ billing questions. |
